As a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur, Frank Fanelli brings diverse industry experience to the firm’s executive management team. Prior to co-founding Fanelli Enterprises, Inc., Frank’s career spanned over a decade in the real estate and building industries. He has excelled in virtually every facet of the real estate marketplace, from planning and building multi-family residential units from the ground up, to serving as a residential loan officer, and representing buyers and sellers as a licensed California real estate agent. Frank’s broad scope of expertise is an invaluable resource for clients seeking to buy, sell or manage residential or commercial properties, acquire land for development, or guide a development project from the conceptual phase through permitting and completion.

He is among the region’s experts in apartment-to-condominium conversions and is also a Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) certified specialist in REO and short-sale transactions. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from National University.

Before transitioning into real estate, Frank gained 20 years of business management and entrepreneurial experience operating and supervising his family’s successful restaurant business ventures. In his free time, he enjoys cycling throughout North San Diego County’s coastal and inland communities, practicing martial arts, and spending family time with his wife and three children.

Fabio Fanelli is a licensed California real estate broker and experienced real estate attorney. As a graduate of the University of Southern California’s prestigious Marshall School of Business, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. After attaining his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the California Western School of Law and passing the California Bar Examination, Fabio worked as an attorney with the San Diego law firm of Ruyle and Ruyle, where he specialized in corporate and real estate law. Before co-founding Fanelli Enterprises, Inc., Fabio’s career track also included management level positions in commercial real estate lending and finance. He served as a Vice President at BMC Capital, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate lenders, and later as a VP with Wells Fargo’s business banking group.

Clients of Fanelli Enterprises benefit from Fabio’s wealth of professional experience in the areas of real estate finance, real estate law, commercial and residential brokerage, and commercial and residential real estate leasing and property management. 

In addition to serving clients as a real estate broker and mortgage broker at Fanelli Enterprises, Fabio operates a professional law firm specializing in real estate law, contracts, landlord/tenant law, and corporate law. Outside of the office, Fabio enjoys golf, fishing, cycling and family activities with his wife and three children.
